I cant keep going through all of this over and over again

I cant keep going through
all of this
over and over again



And I keep wondering when
all the madness will end



Because it is like
a tornado
that wont stop
spinning in my head



Because it keeps going



Round and round in my mind
without ever stopping



And all I really want  
is to be able to land
firmly on the ground



So that I can finally be
at peace again



I know its going to
take some time
before I can start healing



So for the time being
I am just going to
have to stay focused on
getting through everything
just one day at a time
