I know your heart is troubled at times

I know your heart
is troubled at times
Just don't allow
yourself to give up
Learn how to
open up your heart
And take some much
needed time out to pray
and God will set you free
Just hand over
all of your heart felt
pains and sorrows
over to him and you will see
Because I know
just how difficult
everything must seem to be
But please do not be afraid
And never give up
Life is way to precious
and time here on earth
is way to short
Rejoice in him
and the good Lord
will help you out
Especially when you feel
all alone and forgotten
Because he is always near
I know that it has been many years now
since you were close to him
But there is no time
like the present
so that you can
build a new life with him
Try to remember that the good Lord
has always been waiting for you
Embrace him now and cast
over all of your sorrows over to him
I know that there are times
when you really don't think
that he hears you
But he does care and he hears all
of your sorrows
and all of your burdens too
You just have to understand
that he has always loved you
as a father loves a son or a daughter
Just learn to listen with all your heart
and soul and you will see
God knows what
is best for you
Don't be dismayed
when you have gone astray
find your new path in life today
Take some time out
so that he can help you
to see the light
and don't forget to pray
And never give up hope
because he has always been
right there beside you
Just open your heart
and let your tears fall
and he will embrace you
and he will comfort you
And he will give you the courage and the strength
to carry on
Because he loves
you unconditionally
