When you are broken
And feeling withdrawn
and down
Don't be mistaken
Because this will be
the time
When you will find
The inner strength
to carry on
Because there is so much
more that needs to be done
Even when your tears
are falling down like rain
And you feel like you
have fallen down
for the very last time
Remember there is a reason
for you
to still be here among the living
And that's why you must
gather all the inner strength
that you can so that you
can get back up again
