Take a walk with me today
Underneath the blue crescent sky
So that I can get away for
awhile
and truly enjoy my day
Because every now and then
I need some good company
To enlighten me
and comfort me
But also to help me to pass the
time of day
with someone that I can enjoy
Because unfortunately
I spend most of my days
Alone and on my own
Without anyone else around
And it gets mighty lonesome
when your completely alone
So it would be nice to share some
good company for a change
on a beautiful and bright sunny day
If you really don't have anything else to do today
