There will come a time
When you will look at things
with a completely different
point of view as I have
And when that time arrives
You will be utterly surprised
Because this is when you will realize
that it is not the material things
or the possessions
that you have acquired
in your life time
that can truly make you happy
Because that is only temporary
But what will make you happier
more then anything else
Are all the special people
who have crossed your path
and shared there lives with you
Because they will have
made an astounding
difference in your life
Through there loving ways
and there acts of kindness
That can truly give your
life a whole new meaning
And as you get older
like I have
You will begin to realize
that these will be the things
that you will come to cherish
more then anything else
Because love is the greatest treasure
that you can ever give or receive from anyone
