Abuse of any
kind is wrong
And it's never easy
Being around someone
Who is constantly
knocking you down
Whether it is
verbally or physically
Because it is still
causing you harm
And you have to
understand
That you are not alone
Because there is someone
out there just like you
Who is going through
the same things
that you are going through
And you have to
have a plan of action
So that you can
get out of the
current situation
that you are living in
And finally feel
alive again
Because your life
is truly worth living
