This was a very difficult poem for me to write,
Hopefully in time things will look brighter for me.





I have been so lost in the darkness

I have been so lost in the darkness



And I must confess



I am overwhelmed by the madness



Because for some reason



I can no longer see the light of day



Because my life is surrounded
with nothing but sorrow and sadness



And I just cant seem to find my way



Because I am emotionally and physically
withdrawn from everything due to loneliness



I just hope and pray that the good Lord can help me



Because at this very moment



My life seems so meaningless
