I wish I was a dog

I wish i was a dog,
To bark my way around,
I'd never have to work
Or repay a borrowed pound.

I could walk the street
day or night
to know I'd be alright,
For those who tried to harm me
I'd have big teeth to bite.

Id never feel in sadness
I'd never feel alone,
For I'd just sit all day
and chew a great big bone.

And when the postman brings the bills
I'd sit and have a laugh,
For id go woof woof
And chase him down the path.

Oh I wish I was a dog
my wish that is my craze,
No hassle all through life
Just sit all day and laze.
