Anxious heart leading to a deadline
with eyes open wide
counting the hours and minutes
by the seconds on my fingers -
Drawers open choosing which one
they all look the same – really!
Just feel the edge
makes all the difference in this game...
Her head is buzzing with words
they don't make sense, and yet
she's having this intellectual conversation
with her invisible diplomats -
The red trickles down her arms
like some fast flowing river
trying to find its nemesis!
This is a cold calculated murder
she wants to die...
but not just yet
this is just her statement to the world -
