So ---lately ---im ---really---trying ---to ---Be---PATIENT---PRAY---, and ---MEDITATE---RELAX---REFLECT---and---PRAY---and----before---i--say--or---write---something---latter--i---may----REGRET---and---jump ---and --write --and --post--or--say---ANYTHING--BAD--or --NEGATIVE-- and --UGLY--on --my---poetrypoem----SITE
As -i -know, -that -its -very -very--IMPORTANT--, to ---SPEAK---and-----WRITE-- --ANYTHING--, and --EVERYTHING--that -truly- you -feel --INSIDE
And ---its ---not ---good ---inside--, to --keep --your-- FEELINGS--ALONE--- and--- not ---with ---another---truthfully---and--HONESTLY-----CONFIDE
But, as i know, when you, do ---LOVINGLY--HONESTLY,--- to The, dear LORD, ----WHOLE--HEARTEDLY----PRAY--and----PRAY
For-- HE-- the --ALMIGHTY--FATHER, --HE---KNOWS--your-----LOVING--HEART----and--when --you --can --hold --your --anger--hurt--, and --hate-- and --harm, --all---bad----GOSSIP-- and --NEGATIVE---talk, --and --PRAY, --to --the --DEAR-LORD, --and --POSITIVELY----LIVE--and--WALK--you--will--be--ABUNDANTLY--BLESSED--in--your--LIFE--LIVING--and--LOVE--in--every--WAY--all--of--your---LIVE--LONG---DAYS
But- for -me,- every -and -any -time,- a -word --SPOKEN-- -or -a -word --WRITTEN-- is ---SAID---in --a --bad ----NEGATIVE----or--HARSH--and--RuDE--RAW----WAY
In --MY--HEART--I --REMEMBER--my --DEAR---AGATHA--my --MOTHER--, how --SILENTLY--QUIETLY--FAITHFULLY--LOVINGLY--, she-- would----PRAY--MEDITATE--RELAX---and----PATIENTLY---PRAY--PRAY--PRAY--, every --waking-- moment--and--every--breath-- of --EVERY---SINGLE---BLESSED---WONDERFUL---BEAUTIFUL--DAY
So --to --SPEAK--and--WRITE-- with --a --POSITIVE----GOOD--LOVING--ATTITUDE---of --LOVE--MERCY--GRACE--UNDERSTANDING--COMPASSION--wirh--great---GRATITUDE
And- to --HUSH--and-- HOLD--all --my --words --of --hurt,--anger--upset--dissappointment--discouragement--resent--and-- harm,--with--a--bad--ATTITUDE--hurtful--to--another--and----RUDE
Its --BEST--and--BETTER-- as --i --was---TAUGHT --from --the--FAITHFUL--EXAMPLE--From--MY--GRAND--MOTHER--and--MY---DEAREST--MOTHER---- and --i --DO--DEEPLY--in--MY--HEART--KNOW
To --be --LOVING,--KIND--,CARING--COMPASSIONATE---- and --FAITHFUL, --COURAGEOUS----FORGIVING---and---UNDERSTANDING-- with-- MERCY-- and--- GRACE----EVERT--WHERE---- you-- ARE---and --EVERYWHERE-----that--- you-- may --GO
