 Flown

I'd be lying if I didn't say a piece of me was dying
As I'm trying to move a long way
From lost days.
The loss stays with me just like David and Goliath.
Purposely reliant on this angle that I'm climbing.
Timing so impeccable incredibly accurate in fact.
Long before the spark is where my brain cracked open up my eyes my enemy is barely breathing.
Victory is mine so why do I feel
So defeated?
Calling me the king simply based on where I'm seated,
But when I was counting sheep I was the only one believing.
They say it's lonely at the top
I'm never on my own.
Just gliding with the flock.
We already flown.
See how much I've grown passively aggressive in the wake of our procession
Still silently progressive open to interpretation
Salivating salvation
Dreams rising through the top
Stars all across the nation
Y'all can you hear me now....
Just turned my sound up
Y'all can you hear me now....
Just turned my sound up
Y'all can you hear me now....
Just turned my sound up
Y'all can you hear me now....
Just turned my sound up
