Until we meet again my love for you I will remain the same. When you're speechless as we kiss my love you'll know I'll be glad you came.

The Reunion
You came back to me one summer day
I remember it so well
And you didn't have to say what you felt
Because from that kiss, I could tell.
I could tell you had kept me
Safe in your heart
You had held on, so afraid
That if you forgot, we would part
I could tell that she
Had meant nothing to you
But when she lunged for your lips
You had not known what to do
I could tell that three years
Had not been long enough
For you to forget
The happiness we'd had in love
And when you finally pulled away
With hope in your eyes
I could tell when you saw my smile
I need not reply
You came back to me
One summer day
Oh, I remember it well
And there was no need to ask if I'd marry you
Because, from my kiss
