Blue Sky
My soul beckons me to look up
Lying in the dry lush green grass
Watching the dance of the heavens
Fluffy white clouds drift through
The bright sun warms my flesh
Embracing this picture the peace
Geese in formation flying south
Listening to their distant honks
My senses are relaxed and still
My soul incorporates their information
Gentle is this day in which I draw breath
Peaceful is the moment
Seeing the backdrop to this stage
That blue sky of nothingness
