Never Wanted
How come you left me
when I was so little
left me to grow up
without you around
there were times when I wish
you would just give me a call
sometimes when other little girls
was with their dad
I wondered about you, you must have never wanted what you had
you just never wanted me
you couldn't have or you would have tried to at least contact me
the first time I saw you, you never hugged me
you have never loved me
not truly you just think now all is forgiven
I still feel like sometimes I am in my own prison
because you never wanted me
the way I wanted you.
