Satan Can Try!!You know, my God loves me, as I love Him, And if this is a test of my faith then I will surely win! For I've not turned away, though at time's I've got mad! And at those times, well, they made me mad! For surely then I'm wavering in my faith in Him? No! Certainly not! For Satan will never win! And isn't it him, that slimy snake who is about? Sending bad messages in our ears, giving us doubt? Well not in this body of mine, no, he will ‘never' win! For all that slimy snake does, is cause us to sin! For he whispers in our ears, giving a bad thought! But that's when we pray, for God to be sought! For God is there all the time, walking with us all! Protecting us from that piece of scum, so we never fall! Fall to the wasteland that the devil will send our soul! To make us his, and make us feel less whole! For how can we stay whole, when Satan win's Taking our goodness, so that his evil wins! No! That's not how to live, that's not how we fall! And when we feel evil creep in, then on God we must call! For though God is with us every day of our life! Satan can't be everywhere, to cause us strife! For God has him leashed, to a point he is bound tight! And he can't be everywhere, however he thinks he might! But one day God above will loose that devil's leash! So he can wreak havoc, oh yes, that's his niche'! For that's why he's here, to cause us to sin! But stay strong of faith, and don't let that scum win! For God is the all seeing, the ever living One! And He sees everything that we have done! And He knows our heart, and at time's He is sad! For He knows that within us all, there is bad! But never let the bad in, and if it does creep! Remember the LORD, who look's after His sheep! For He will protect you all of your days, And give us Salvation, for ever and always! And when you feel lost, look for your Shepherd above! And He will shine upon you, all of His love! For He is the ever living, the God of us all! And all He wants from us is faith, and to never fall! You know, the gates are narrow into heaven above, So look to Him, and show Him your love! Then you will surely know of His love for you! And He will never let us go, so do what you have to do! And that's always stay loyal, try to never err! Hold onto Him tightly and He'll always be there!! So let Satan try, with all of his might! Cos this mind and body of mine is up for the fight!! And nope, Satan can try, but he'll never win!!
