Poetry that thinks out loud

THE WORDS I SEE

I look at the world and it's words that I see;
Replacing these images the words possess me.
For every sight this text comes to mind;
I appreciate sight like those that are blind.

I awake to the words of morning and bright;
Sometimes it's dark and cold that fit right.
A sight for sore eyes becomes a word play;
There are many words that the sun has to say.

I think with these words and hear them, too;
They describe everything in which I do.
They express how I feel and set each mood;
Even explaining the taste of good food.

These words, you see, are everywhere
And if you look too then we can share.
Words that you see hold more than just text;
Now what do the words hold for you next?
