My CHRISTmas CardThanks be to Him who gives us strength Who gave His son and who never faints For if He had not come to be We'd be all lost with no reprieve To you who mourns and seeks to rest To all that cry, He's saved the best The last now first will soon rejoice Be of good cheer and hear Gods voice He came to be in manger born A child unlike who would calm storms GOD carnal like you and I Who'd grow to live for us to die Though sorrow pains our souls today GOD sees this and more I'd say Take hold of Him who knew not sin This CHRISTmas day is yours to win My hope for you is found in Him My falling short sometimes has been My learning curve and just like you He picked us up and saw us through It was not easy even for CHRIST Who could have chose turn blind to blight That man does stir by their own hands Where GOD cleans up even the damned This CHRISTmas card for you to read Was born of light and of His seed Rejoice and know that He does live So celebrate His gift to give A new beginning awaits us all Listen dear friends, the trumpet calls For all to know upon this day There is reason to change your ways Give unto those who need a hand Hold close the weak and take a stand For GOD does see the gifts He's given Creation His, that's all forgiven Break bread with one or two or more Speak of the King and what He stores For you are His upon the day He resurrects those once enslaved Prayers I send to all my friends This CHRISTmas card your ear to bend Will embrace I've come to know Dear friends we've made, numbers untold Merry CHRISTmas to all who've humbled me with your words. May CHRIST fill your cup till it runneth over this CHRISTmas day! Merry CHRISTmas to all the gifts I've come to read and know. GOD has wrapped you up for someone to open and share His Love!
