Beaten boy
Beaten boy
Once there was a little boy
Who was very sad?
His family would beat him
And really treat him bad
Constantly they beat him
And hurt him to the bone
It made him very scared
Not wanting to go home
Then one day they left him
Standing in the street
He ate from the garbage
Which wasn't't very neat
He thought he had done something
Was bad as bad could be
So he always wondered
What will become of me?
But he endured abuse
As best as he could
It hardened his heart
Turning it to wood
Then came an angel
Who lifted his spirit up
Giving him some water
From a loving cup
It turned his life around
Made him happy as could be
Opened up his eyes
Giving him a love, you see
Now he goes on living
Showing all his love
Made him a better man
It fit him like a glove
So he thanks the Lord
To stop him feeling bad
Changed this life of mine
Now I am so glad
