Life's Door
Once again with gusto
We march across the land
We won the war of comfort
We used our broken hands
Do we see the meaning?
Of all the words we've said
All the things we're doing
Cause us to wind up dead
Red, white, and blue
All colors on the wall
Helps us to forget
What echoes down the hall
So if you're being troubled
About your end of time
Confused about what you need
you're falling out of rhyme
You leave all the minutes
Lay scattered on the floor
As you're slowly exiting
Out life's final door
