Why?Why make a cola bottle eight inches tall?, With a six inch straw, two inches too small, Why do people rush off planes and hurry like hell?, Only to find their luggage last on the carousel, Why, with fishing gear of the best, I'll wait till I'm grey?, While an old dear with a hook, gets catch of the day, Why in rural areas medium band radio is superb?, But at night mysteriously not a skerrick can be heard, Why are advertisements louder than the television show?, If they were selling hearing aids, I'd know where to go, Why do washing machines have a secret part out the back?, Because when the washings complete, one sock I often lack, Why order a whopping big hamburger and then a diet coke?, Is it a form of self denial for all those weight challenged folk Why can't psychics win the lottery, be rich and retire in style?, Why can't I create a better poem and leave you with a smile?.
