The coffee is curling...
The coffee is curling
and tickling my nose -
teasing my taste buds
and filling me strong...
Your laughter is rippling
and turning my head -
shaking my vision
and writing a song..
The morning is singing
the song of the new -
depthing the moment
and holding my heart...
Your smiling is wiping
the creases away -
filling my senses
and giving me start...
The echo of yester -
the shadow of next -
is lost in the twinkle
that flicks from your eyes...
Your love is unspoken -
it glows in your glance -
bounces off shadows
and wipes out the lies...
This morning - so breezy -
so fresh and alive -
tingles our moment
and patterns a song...
Together - with coffee -
and laughter and love -
we merge in the moment
and taste it so strong...
