Behind closed doors
Tears trapped
the pain won't break
haunted by filth and past mistakes
Moving forward yet still looking behind
lonely in heart, left only to reminisce on the good times
life drama filled with unpleasant words
spoken rudely without thinking first
No patience, mild tempers fade
hate verses hate,abandoning love
forcing it away
Jealousy and envy walks together creating a wicked plan
using weakness to break the united stand
Blame and guilt negotiates for self pity can play
all is forgiven but the verbal beatings repeat itself
day after day
Pain breaking the heart like never before
but one would never know....cause it all take place
behind closed doors...
