Before We Came To Be
It was by choice that He would make
The Universe and time to take
To set aside with perfect thought
To make this sphere for man to walk
Though it was never meant to be
A world of hate and so ugly
That we have made it out to be
Sad is mans state that fails to see
Before we came to be this Earth
Was made by hands that gave it birth
Oceans Blue and rock of Brown
Stones each placed by hand on ground
He colored Green the grass to graze
For beasts of burden for man to raise
A home upon the countryside
His plan thought out and well devised
He planted trees and too the brush
Took His sweet time beauty not rushed
All for mankind He loves so much
His final act, His perfect touch
He gave to all and too His son
To be with us under the Sun
That warms your face when you are cold
From birth to death to young and old
At night He placed each star to shine
To gaze upon this too in mind
For you to wish upon and say
Thank GOD for breath of life today
Before we came He could have chose
To leave empty this sphere that glows
From space where colors can be seen
Unique, portrait, all this His schemed
