Been from January to December without aging;
ate the fruit that gave the original man
knowledge;
acquired power when Sodom and Gomorrah
was devoured;
relaxed in harems, almost thought
I had re-entered heaven;
departed that spot thirsty as a camel
without any humps;
the 1st fountain I came upon, I swiftly drank
like I had gills;
got home and found out the truth,
looked at my reflection and realized
I had drank water from the fountain of youth;
with a renaissance of stamina, I traveled
to Ghana, where I met the planet's Mother;
She told me that "steal-waters run deep",
"when you can hear the beat of someone else's soul"
parted from the motherland feeling like the king
I am;
entered my homeland, which had turned into a warland;
survived bullets without vest;
met with local politicians to find out what was the
business;
read between the lines and wasn't surprised
by what they tried to hide;
told that "the strong take form the weak and
the smart take from the strong;"
when I asked how to stop the violence...
their response was silence;
retained my calm, even though inside I wanted
to riot;
went to the O.G's that receive keys from overseas,
asked why do they continue to infest their own streets?
replied "that the laws of supply and demand, governs
our land";
so I journeyed to my underground lab to devise
a master plan to steal back our land;
entered the church to reach the preacher,
asked him to teach his disciples to follow
the bible, but not to forget their rifles!;
looked at me strange, then replied
"there is no war going on here;"
so I grabbed my bag...
and asked "then why do we lose more and more
warriors everyday?"
