 In The LIGHT
Photobucket

Another day to make things right
Within yourself, you worldly plight
A mess of things that just won't quit
A child unstable, a child unlit

Adult you claim to be no need
To fill your heart it's very need
Where darkness dwells inside of it
Just one more soul trapped in sins pit

Reach out you will to world you live
Where no one seems to love or give
The time of day, the touch longed for
So sit you do as fires roar

Your need is CHRIST who shed His blood
Upon your world that evil floods
Oceans that drown what you don't see
Oceans that drown internally

Shed some light upon this matter
Accept the one that really matters
He whose light today searches
For souls to come off their high perches

Be reborn of light that gave
Your ancestors back in the day
That still glows for and reaches for
The lost now found as once before

If not for Him where would we be?
Damned to burn eternally
