 JANET'S PLANET

Weep No More

Photobucket
Weeping Willow tree
sweeping strands
thick long green hair
loosely hanging
woven braids
each braid
an artistic tapestry
tells a tale of its own
gently
swaying low
in the breeze
oh, how lovely to see
you weep no more
warmth awakes you
from winter's
cold dark deep sleep
graciously you stand
you look at ease and free
placid as the blue sea
weep no more
Weeping Willow tree
promises made
secrets whispered
in the wind
you keep

The Weeping Willow tree is one of my favorite trees.
