Law of Nature
Each day spinning, adding, creating
Silent, still, watching, waiting
Meticulously weaving, carefully crafting
Skill and flair a cause for attracting
Beauty reflects in the artistic design of your web
It's been some time since this hunger's been fed
No room for error, no chance to flee
One mistake could prove too costly
Masterful Movement, shrewd and swift
Brilliantly devoted, one could almost forgive
Unlike other prey, this one deliciously unique
You can't help but savor as her heart slows in beat
But in this very moment the battle of instinct and heart begins
Will you devour her completely, or will your love for her win
Widow and Recluse both equipped with venoms to kill
Your humanity dwells because you're equipped to feel
