Shooting Star
Would you take my hand and walk with me
can we go to that place if we believe?
Where the moon and stars shine brighter at night
because its your arms that are holding me tight
Where fairy tales really do come true
because the knight in shining armor is you
Where the magic transpires before our very eyes
because there's no illusion when true love is realized
Where we dance to destiny's song by candlelight
because the melody we create brings the music to life
Where broken dreams finally come to pass
because time no longer exists in an hourglass
Where endless rivers of passion will eternally run
because together our hearts shall forever beat as one
I wish I may, I wish I might
I wish upon this shooting star tonight…
Would you take my hand and walk with me
can we go to that place…if we believe?
