Soaring as an Eagle
Look up at the sky and see,
How could this creation be;
Who could have created things,
That so much of this life brings.
Who brings out stars one by one,
At night and by day the sun;
And knowing each one by name,
Since each one is not the same.
For the greatness of His might,
Separating day from night;
And strength of His power,
Can grow the tiny flower.
Each star is accounted for,
Jehovah is always sure;
Even the hairs on your head.
How many your comb will spread.
While some get tired and weak,
Impatient when they go seek;
But those who wait for the Lord,
They will never be ignored.
Renewing strength through their hope,
Not weary when they must cope;
And soaring on eagle wings,
With a secure faith that clings.
