Encouraging Humility
Being holy people of God,
We do need to honor and laud;
For everything He has done,
Especially giving His Son.
Heart of compassion and kind,
Patience having a gentle mind;
And no matter where you may live,
Love one another and forgive.
Someone angered having lament,
Helping them through is time well spent;
So their trials and tribulations,
Be changed into jubilations.
Let His peace be put in control,
While it clings onto your soul;
So you can be in one accord,
With the eternal living Lord.
Think of everything you got,
And give the Lord a grateful thought;
Since He has been so good to you,
With each day in making it through.
Sing onto God within your heart,
With each new day as it does start;
Allowing you to set a pace,
For His blessings that He will grace.
