Poetic Verses
To You
Life is so uncertain and is not like a marked deck
You do not know the value of the cards you get
But be mindful and always try to understand
That its up to you to make a winner of each and every hand.
You may not always come fist in every race
Perhaps you got overwhelmed by the fast pace
But always in your mind readily reinforce
That no matter what try to finish the course
Not always you may climb over the high wall
Sometimes you may slip and get an embarrassing fall
And no matter how often you hit the ground
Get up and continue to where you are abound
As always do not equate laughter with happiness
This case may be a way to shroud some sadness
And if by chance you saw someone crying, perhaps it a ploy
To show that theirs may be some tears of joy.
As always there may something that may tax you and you cannot get right
Don't get downcast, but from that get some delight
Feel happy and thankful for the moment and opportunity obtain
And do not forget to make a concerted effort to try and try again.
If on your first attempt you did not hit the sky
Don't sulk , pine, hang your head and sigh.
Remember you are closer there so be spirited
Because you are much better vantage point from where you started.
