Flesh and spirits crush
I've just started healing.
A woman has given me this feeling.
Like she knows, I know.
But where is there left to go?
Like it's not worth the risk.
Like the chance of that first kiss.
Like we know it could be bliss.
I show, she don't.
We know, she won't.
For all I need is comforting.
Too scared to be confronting.
Like rivers flow,
Leading to the sea.
As far as rivers go.
An expanse to be free.
I've never had a crush,
Such as you.
There is no rush.
I see a heart true.
