The Senses

The great creator with his infinite power of observation
That for his greatest creation  man to enjoy any situation
Must be in a state where there must be some form of stimulation
So to do that there must be somewhere to have an effective recognition

There is this sense of sight and this is a delight
In this one can appreciate all things beautiful be it day or night
Also give that added  ability to also see the ugly
Thus making  that differentiation  so easily

Oh what about that great sense if smell
Willingly appreciating the odor and those fine aroma that dwell
In the environment, also be able to sort out  the scent
Be it a nice perfume or an  repulsive  pungent stench

What about another one call taste where you  make haste
To salivate even at the   slightest little trace
Of anything that is so delicious  titillated by smell
And as though led by a   radar you zero in so quite well

Oh what's that in the air that you can hear
Is it the rhythmic buzz of the bees, or the wind rustling the leaves in the trees so near
Or the sound of the finest music being played  as you relax
Such a melody   and that  harmony  that your hearing is not taxed

It is such a delight that one can have that ability  able to touch
An operation that is perform daily and oh so much
Sometimes this is an expression of love and  some appreciation
Also that  it can also demonstrate a measure of rejection.

It is also amazing how they sometimes work in synergy
Sometimes what one sees is followed by touching  unconsciously
And when there is that great aroma of a  very good meal
The taste buds get titillated with such a great zeal.
