Pull the pin...
Pull the pin
step out - begin
the walk
that is your own...
Toss the stress -
the dissonance
and leave
the mask alone...
Gently go -
take it slow
and breathe the
freshest air...
Take a rest -
do your best -
grow your mind
with care...
Cut the chain -
feel the pain
then let it
fade from view...
The world is wide -
step outside -
and simply be
just you...
