Unexplained Misery
At times I feel beaten down
and I don't know what to do,
the pains of a broken heart
a misery that seeps through.
It destroys me heart and soul
to the point of losing care,
death fills the hurting mind
of those who have been there.
How can it be explained
the feelings that one bears?
overcome by tears that fall
and even shedding hairs.
All alone inside myself
living a life that is unfair,
thoughts of having nobody
when the heart needs care.
My soul aches for happiness
even though the pain is deep,
the heart is beating heavy
and I try to stay in sleep.
and I don't know what to do,
