Poetic Verses
A Lonesome Wanderer
I may not walk this road again
among the tallest tree,
it leads to the other side
where most are meant to be.
Green is the ground I wander
in search of something more,
I don't know where I'm going
in a world there to explore.
I walk the lonely distance
with hope inside my heart,
there cannot be an ending
if there never was a start.
In the middle of the forest
I'm alert to nature's sound,
I know this feeling is forever
as the lost has now been found.
among the tallest tree,
it leads to the other side
where most are meant to be.
Green is the ground I wander
in search of something more,
I don't know where I'm going
in a world there to explore.
I walk the lonely distance
with hope inside my heart,
there cannot be an ending
if there never was a start.
In the middle of the forest
I'm alert to nature's sound,
I know this feeling is forever
as the lost has now been found.
