Jesus Stands Beside Me
The world is a large place
for someone that is small,
Jesus guides me safely
and helps me through it all.
He walks everywhere with me
and stays there by my side,
Jesus helps me to understand
as a warm and caring guide.
I see nature and small animals
in the garden along the way,
I am curious about everything
in the environment where I play.
With every new experience
I gain knowledge about much,
while protected through Jesus
and the love of an Angel's touch.
With Jesus in a beautiful garden
where love and peace go free,
the earth has been created
for the heavenly child in me.
