In the darkness I have some fun
playing with the candlelight,
I catch a glimpse of your smile
and it is a wonderful sight.
The smile that you often share
shows the magic of your heart,
I wasn't smiling or happy at first
it was you right from the start.
For a moment I was caught up
in the beauty of your smile,
you are amazing in many ways
and I also like your style.
You brought joy into my life
when you became my friend,
in the shadows of my mind
