Poetic Verses

My Kitten

A basket with a cute little kitten,
a warm cuddly creature just a sittin'
in its place to sit and sleep,
a little furry friend to keep.

A kitten so cute, it jumps and plays,
frolicks in the grass some days.
In its basket it will hide,
a little nose peers over the side.

With a ball of yarn my kitten plays,
been unraveling it for days.
Sweet and cuddly, likes its toy,
a best friend that I can enjoy.
