MY DAY
The monster is back
I dare not turn around
because I can't stand to see
that horrible ugly frown.
But I have nowhere to go
This is a dream I know.
Still the terror in me growes
I smell the stink
of rotten nasty teeth
I'm am out the door
running for my life
Is there any more.
Up ahead a the light
I look around and what do I see?
I'm still in bed
And sweat is dripping off of me
Now I feel the pain,
Always the pain.
It never goes away
And today may be the day
That God takes me from this pain.
