Today loved thoughts were just pretend
This piece of slate you thought Granite
Becomes brief place where you once panicked
Brief I say maybe we're wrong
There's always calm before love storms
Etched on it are those you knew
Thought of so highly attraction drew
The best of them inside of you
The best still kept one still holds true
And so you breathe different today
A little less where love once played
The better part of you back then
