Long before all that stopped by to read
the writes upon your site or mine
Love reigned supreme
Birthed from the safest place on Earth
It became you, yes you who leaves
much of their heart and all
of their soul here
Hoping you'll capture someone's
sentiment or at least their
sigh, that's right
a sigh
You see human instinct drives us
all to the point where love
separates you the poet
an uncommon breed
passionate
slayer
of
heart
Right now your words will be
cause to bring a tear,
laughter, or a shoulder
to lean on, possibly
even breath of
life

The desire of every soul
is to be heard or at
least seen
