The Change
Man has always have that belief that they are the designated head of the house
But somehow their leadership styles, have raise eyebrows and some suspicions this arouse
Sitting in his apparent exhaulted position, thinking he has an entitlement
Now because of inertia, it now has to be redefined, for some improvement.
As the world has graduated into one that is so technologically intense
Most forms of manual labour is now considered a hindrance
So those who would not try to learn and understand this technology
Can prepare to write the final chapter in his work's history.
Sensing, but paying no attention to the revolution
Men keep believing that theirs is an unchallenging position
Not seeing the changing trend, which was that omen
Telling them that in time they will be unseated by women
Come on gentlemen you were no blind or had blocked minds
You saw that indicators, these factors were there for a time
So desist from the name calling and the finger pointing
That sort of behaviour will never accomplish anything, or change nothing.
Take a look at the workforce and executives of many organisations
Then go around to those schools and higher learning institutions
Also think back about the sciences, and those men domination professions
You will find that women are dominating in most occasions
How can women recognised and make that timely adjustment?
Reacting to and responding to that stimulus emitted by the environment
Acknowledging the need for change, and readily getting the implements
So by doing this they will be a complememt in most departments.
