Life's Test
Sometimes in life, there is that feeling as though you hit a wall
Each time you try to get over it, you always fall
And as you sit there, trying to nurse those bruises
Something else occurs and this bring on other issues.
All those plans, and dreams of success you envision
Some adversity occurs that cause a form of diversion
Nothing seems to be happening,for any hope to inspire
There is only depression, as you sink deeper into the mire
Then you pulled you hair out, saying what have you done
That no matter what you tried, it always come out wrong
You carefukky checked at all stages, to see that all was sound
Only to see that at some stage, they run aground.
In so doing you may come to the conclusion
That you are charting a path to distruction
Then in you mind, you will create this doubt
That you may never be able to turn things about.
But remember as you chart any sort of course
That you will be always operating against a force
This will present to you that constant resistance
Which can be neutralised by determination and perseverence.
As always great expectations and disappointments go hand in hand
In all those tests and trials, I hope this you will understand
That in your path any impediment that cause you to swerve
Is just another important function in that learning curve.
