Precious Moments
Oh the stolen moments in time
are so very precious to me
The see-you-soon leave me lost
as a ship upon a dark sea
The parting kiss is so bitter sweet
leaving me wondering when
The warm embrace on parting
when will I feel again
The specialness of us
I pray to never end
Time has robbed so much
the absence we must contend
Our love becomes more comfortable
with the passing of each day
I pray for our togetherness
that our patience will repay
But for now our wants
must stand in silence
To enjoy what time there is
of our stolen precious moments
