Body and mind we need to build
But a little while it might take
Have just some patient and wait
But can't keep and eat your cake.
So stay healthy and walk
Exercise and not just talk
You won't live too long
If you do what's wrong.
So start doing what's right
All the time day and night
Stay your course and go for stroll
And never lose track of your goals.
Eat healthy and eat more greens
And you'll be stronger and lean.
