Unconditionally
Dedicated to my nephew...
I wondered if you
were planning to tell me;
that deep, dark secret
you kept from everyone.
Did you think
I didn't know?
Did you think
I would be shocked?
You know me
better than that…
you know I love
you unconditionally.
Love does not change
just because you tell.
It is an unbroken
bond we have.
We are family,
you and I, and
I will always
love you.
