 walkin down the road
I was walkin down the road
my head was filled with trouble and woe
I came upon a man and he asked me
why my head was hung so low
I told him I lost my job
he sat beside me and he said
son,don't be afraid..
your not alone..
for you will look back
and see how far you've come
one day and say if not
for my family,friends
and the good Lord above
I would be lost in the storm..
I heard many stories
about prayers that are answered
sometimes you have to know
what to pray for..and see the
wisdom and mystery of God's
reply..one door closes..
another one opens..
so on I went..looking for that
one open door..yesterdays dream
has become tomorrows delite..
and my childish toys have become
my adulthood friends..and so I went..
