its the autumn moon that
shines so brightly
through my window every night
with its silvery beams of splendor
sending out its heavenly light
how did it get there
it never loses sight of all
the worlds vast universe
as it shines its beams each night
my windows not the universe
just a small square in my house
but the autumn moon still finds a spot
to make my bedroom bright
