The Skin
Races were and are still identifiable, with very little problem
By the degrees of pigmentation resident in the skin.
However no matter what, is depicted by a visual manifestation
This large organ the skin, play a very important life's function.
It takes the shocks and forces as it is in contact with the environment
The same area the we as people try to destroy with those contaminants
Hence the melanin in the skin, protect us from the UV rays
As we destroy the ozone layer, increasing their itensity in some ways.
Using the solar energy to maufacture that important Vitamin D
This is an important factor in preventing ricketts, you see
And since the outer layer, is sort of impervious to water
Evaporation is under control which is for the better.
When we exercise burning all that energy, in the process of respiration
Water and waste leaves via the pores in the form of perspiration
Well waste can exit the body via the skin's pores
Then thing can enter the system through the same doors
Sometimes we also apply lots of cream, greases and deodorants
In most cases like the aroma, but never check the constituents
Then after years of usage, we got inflicted by a skin disorder
Which may prove to be on that will be a life long bother.
When it get broken, have those bruises and abrasions
This can be a pathway to contraction may infections
Ones that may be bacterial. viral and even fungal
So don't neglect your skin, this is very vital.
